Sometimes, western brands release limited-edition items only for the Japanese market. (Have a look at another stunning eye palette released exclusively for Japan.)

I think this Givenchy Prismissime Eyes palette (#56) will probably be released globally, but I have not come cross it elsewhere. (#55 Tempting Chocolate is one of the latest Prismissime Eyes palettes.)

Currently, within Japan, it is available exclusively in Isetan Department Store in Shinjuku in Tokyo. (It has one of the best beauty departments I have ever seen.) It will be available in the rest of Japan later.

The striking combination of lovely pastels and intense dark shades intrigues me. Notice that the very on-trend lilac takes center stage among pastel pink and light aqua blue, and I love how the soft pastels really stand out from the darker shades.

Based on the first impression, I think this palette is seasonal as well as versatile!

Happy Friday!

I saw this first on your blog and then on Rouge’s blog. It reminds me a lot of this fall’s prismissime (Audrey Cache-Cache #54) but 3 of the colours look like they are from Arty #53. Apparently a Japanese blogger whom Rouge posted a link to thinks the same thing. I like this one better than Arty, which I found difficult to wear.

Hi Betsy,

Yes, this palette does remind me of both palettes that you mentioned. I think, out of the three, I like the look of this one the best.

I am also thinking that the three pastel shades might be either very similar to or the same as three of the shades from #53 Arty.

Overall, Arty doesn’t particularly appeal to me because there are a few colors that I know wouldn’t suit me. I think #56 has a good balance between pale, light, and dark shades. At least I would be able to wear most if not all the shades…

Thank you for posting your comment again! Have a great weekend! :)
