In my earlier post on Freeplus, which is Kanebo’s skincare line for sensitive skin, I mentioned that Shiseido’s d Program would be the equivalent. On October 21, most of the basic items in d Program will be revamped.

The main appeal of the d Program range is that the products are free from fragrance, mineral oil, and parabens, and the new products should continue this ethos. According to Nikkei Net, the new releases will focus on caring for “lifestyle sensitive skin“, which refers to skin sensitivity due to lifestyle factors such as daily stress and lack of sleep. The products are designed to be gentle and suitable for fragile and reactive skin.

The new items are divided into three “Programs”: Balance Care Program (for dehydrated oily skin that is occasionally prone to acne, in blue bottles), Acne Care Program (in orange bottles), and Moist Care Program (for dry skin, in pink bottles).

Shiseido’s d Program is sold in Asia, and the website is for information only.

Hi,

According to what I am aware of, most (if not all) Freeplus products are paraben-free as well.

I don’t really know much about liquid foundations that are paraben-free. But I have heard that some makeup items from Bobbi Brown are paraben-free. Perhaps you can check the ingredient lists when you have a chance to.

Hope it helps, and thank you for your comment! :)

Hello
Have you heard of Shiseido's Deliaid brand? They're meant to be for sensitive skin too

Hi,

Yes, I have heard of Shiseido's Deliaid, and it is indeed targeted at those with sensitive skin. According to Deliaid's official website, the products don't contain fragrance, artificial coloring, parabens or alcohol.

I have not tried products from Deliaid, but they do seem to be potentially suitable for people with sensitive skin.

Thank you very much for your question! :)

Hi,

You are very welcome. I will certainly try to follow the line a little more. If I get to try some of Deliaid's products, I will definitely share my thoughts on my blog.

Thank you for stopping by again! :)

Hi,

If you are interested in purchasing d Program products on-line, you can try Ichibankao.com. The site is based in Japan, takes PayPal payments and delivers internationally. I have shopped from the site for several times and I have been very happy with the service.

(The d Program range is not listed on the site. But you can e-mail them about the products you are interested in purchasing and they should be able to source them for you.)

Hope it helps, and thank you for your question! :)
