Elégance will release its Sweet Memories spring 2011 makeup collection in Japan on February 18th. The feature item of the collection is the new Fabulous Rouge lip color palette, which is available in 4 variations (pictured above and below). They look stunningly ornate!

They are stunning indeed! :)

I would think that all the colors in the Fabulous Rouge palettes should be quite wearable. I’d imagine that some of the colors in the palettes would be quite sheer, and I’d also think the green one would probably be semi-clear.
