Kesalan Patharan will release its spring 2014 makeup collection in Japan on April 18th. The collection includes:
– Moisturizing Eye Color (2 new variations (IG03 Intelligent Blue (above) and IC02 Innocent Brown (below)), ¥5250)
– Pencil Eyeliner S (2 new shades, limited editions, ¥3150)

Wow!!! This is a very lovely collection. I want that eyeshadows. I super like the shades they are all so pretty. I think this is a must have. I will def gonna check this out.
