Acro (which owns THREE) released a statement yesterday regarding the recall of one batch of THREE Mesmerizing Performance Eyeliner Pencil in 06. (Please see details below.)
According to the statement, the product exterior of one batch of Mesmerizing Performance Eyeliner Pencil in 06 (THREE メズモライジング パフォーマンス アイライナーペンシル 06/ THREE 魅光星采筆 06, pictured above & below) does not feature the batch code. (Only the outer box of the product features the batch code.)
The affected batch code is F7J01.

The lack of batch code specification on the product itself does not comply with regulations in Japan, which is the reason for the recall. According to the statement from Acro, there is no known issue regarding the quality of the batch itself.
Acro is also offering an exchange via a free phone number.
