The dual-purpose lip colors include a slim lipstick that doubles as a subtle lip liner to define the lip shape as well as a liquid lip color to add shine and dimension to the lips.
If you like your makeup items to be multi-purposed and ultra-compact, then these might be worth looking into.

The brand image is elegant and understated but perhaps not as eye-popping as some would hope. But it is still very early days and it would be very interesting to see how the brand evolves.

Kanebo is apparently doing something similar, as Coffret D’Or’s image at the moment is much more sedate and grown-up than T’Estimo’s. It actually bears a slight resemblance to the beautifully packaged Lunasol (also by Kanebo), although I think Lunasol still has a better edge.
I have started to wonder if other major brands like Kose and Sofina will follow this trend…

It is interesting…because I was never a T’Estimo fan until this spring and now it will be phased out…
But Coffret D’Or is slowly growing on me, and I am optimistic about its future development.

I think the formula looks quite similar to T’estimo! The glittery overcoat, shimmering type shadow. So we shall see!

Oh my! You are right in that it does remind me of Lunasol. I love T’estimo so I hope this one doesn’t disappoint. The eye palette reminds me of Maquillage though… I hope they grow their own look soon.

Indeed, it is not a drastic difference. Mostly it is the packaging and the overall brand image that have been updated.
I am sure the quality will stay the same. It is just the matter of whether they will be more inventive with their product designs. I think the slim lipstick/ liquid lip color combination is a fair attempt to try something slightly different.
We’ll see what happens next. :)

Indeed, one of the views is that the packaging doesn’t really stand out, as it seems to look a little like a couple of other lines.
