Lunasol will release items for the eye area in Japan on September 18th. Two new shades will be added to the popular concealer, Under Eyes Base N. (It currently features 3 shades.) The shade in Natural Yellow will help conceal brown-toned dark circles, while Natural Orange will help cover up blue-toned dark circles.
Also, the Eye Essence Kit will be launched. The Kit includes eye moisturizers for day and night. The night-time one can be used as an eye mask once a week.

how much is this and where can they be purchased?

The Under Eyes Base N retails for 3150 JPY and the Eye Essence Kit retails for 5250 JPY in Japan.
Lunasol is only available in department stores in several countries in Asia. Internet-wise, You can try purchasing Lunasol items at ichibankao.com, which is based in Japan and ships internationally. I have been happy with their services.
(For items not listed on their site, you can e-mail them and ask them if they can source the items for you.)
