Launched in 2000, Kao Est is celebrating its 15th anniversary this year. The brand will release its 15th anniversary makeup and skincare collection in Japan on September 5th. The collection includes:
– Emotional Multiple Eyes (2 new variations (in EX04 & EX05 (below (correction in the update below))), limited editions, to be released in Japan on November 7th, ¥5500)

– Advanced Lips (2 new shades (in EX23 & EX24), limited editions, to be released on November 7th, ¥3200)
– Inner Activate Conditioning Lotion (Type III & Type IV, 120ml, regular item with limited-edition packaging, ¥5000)

– Inner Activate Nourishing Emulsion (Type III & Type IV, 80ml, regular item with limited-edition packaging, ¥6000)
According to Voce, Emotional Multiple Eyes in EX04 is a mauve-toned palette with a lilac-y pink. It sounds quite promising. (See correction in the update below.)
Both Inner Activate Conditioning Lotion and Inner Activate Nourishing Emulsion are available in Types I, II, III & IV. Only Types III & IV of the two products are featured in this collection. (The usual bottles do not have the floral design.)
In the last few years, Est hasn’t been releasing many products and it has been especially quiet on the color makeup side. It is great to see a beautiful celebratory collection from the brand and I hope that there will be more eye-catching items in the future.

(According to the information from Voce, EX04 features lilac-y pink and mauve and EX05 features sheer blue and brown. The pink in EX04 didn’t look lilac-y to me, so I presumed the palette in the image was EX05. (Plus, EX04 also features light blue and brown.) Apologies for the error.)
