Some websites of the Kosé lines have been updated in the last couple of days to feature the fall 2008 collections. (Please check the sites for Cosme Decorte AQ and Magie Deco for details.) I will mention Beauté de Kosé very briefly today and share my thoughts on AQ and Magie Deco later this week.
If you are interested in Beauté de Kosé’s fall 2008 collection, just out on August 1st, please note that all items are limited editions.
The collection includes two Metallic Luster Eyes palettes (seen above), two new shades of Eye Fantasist, two new shades of Rouge Fantasist Aqua Vinyl, and three new shades of Nail Dramatist. Please check the Beauté de Kosé website for swatches.

Have you used any of Kose's skin care products? I am using the Sekkiesi Emulsion except I'm not sure if I like it, or that it's working. :/ Anyway, just curious! Their makeup looks stunning! And your site looks fab <3

They are both lovely palettes indeed, and quite wearable.
I have not yet tried items from Beauté de Kosé, but it is definitely on my list of brands to try out.

I tried the Sekkisei toner many years ago and I really didn’t like it. It had a lot of alcohol and my skin couldn’t put up with it. (I believe the Emulsion also has alcohol.)
There is a Kosé cleansing oil from a line called Rutina that I really liked, but the line has been discontinued. I’d think options from other Kosé lines should be reasonably good too.

hi! i love the new colors. have you had any experience using the beaute de kose nail polish? i was wondering if the dark purple one was sheer or more opaque. in my experience many asian brands of nail polish seem to be fairly sheer. thanks for the update!

I have not tried nail polishes from Beauté de Kosé, but you are right that many nail polishes from Japanese brands tend to be sheer. But I would expect the fall/winter releases to be slightly more opaque across the board. If I spot a photo of the dark purple shade worn, I will keep you posted.
