Kao Sofina Aube Couture will release its spring 2016 makeup collection in Japan on November 24th. The collection includes:
– Pon Pon Cheek (above, 5 shades, ¥2800)
– Serum Rouge (12 shades, ¥3200)

– Cheek Puff 02 (replacement puff for Pon Pon Cheek, ¥600)
The object protruding from the side of the container of Pon Pon Cheek is called “cheek-navi” by Kao. (Presumably, “navi” is short for “navigation”.) It is supposed to help users locate the ideal position for blusher application. Of course, the optimal position for blusher placement varies from person to person, but this is another one of Aube Couture’s design details that make makeup application as easy as possible for those new to makeup.
