The fragrance is created by perfumer Cécile Matton. Its fragrance notes include (according to Jill Stuart’s official Japanese website):

Top notes: plum, pink pepper, violet leaf, mandarin
Middle notes: sakura blossom accord, rose, magnolia, heliotrope, edelweiss, osmanthus, snowdrop, sweet pea
Base notes: tulle accord, cedarwood, sandalwood

(The sakura blossom accord is listed as one of the middle notes on Jill Stuart’s official Japanese website instead of the sakura bouquet accord in spring 2022. Presumably they refer to the same accord.)
