Sweets Sweets is a Japanese drugstore makeup line that has been around for at least ten years. About three years ago, the line started to release products with a girlier and slightly more ornate style of packaging. I just purchased my first item from the line a couple of months ago, and, after that, some of the line’s upcoming releases also caught my attention.

With fresh and colorful packaging, Kracie’s Aroma Resort bodycare line caught my attention a couple of years ago. I had a chance to test some of the products from the line last year and I went for Hand Cream in Happy Sweet Peach.

Part of Pola Orbis Holdings, PDC is a Japanese beauty brand that carries various drugstore beauty lines. On July 24th, the brand will launch Pidite (ピディット). The line’s launch collection for fall/winter 2015 features:

Fall 2009 was a good season for fans of Japanese cosmetics. It saw the launches of Addiction and THREE, both of which have been major players on the Japanese beauty scene. A few months ago, I shared my thoughts on Addiction’s Lip Gloss in 033 Factory Girl in my Stash Debut series, and today we will look at THREE and Shimmering Color Veil in 35 Shadowland, my first purchase from the brand.

Parado is a Japanese budget beauty brand that is available in 7-Eleven stores in Japan. Currently, it carries base makeup, point (color) makeup, nail items and skincare items. The brand released its summer 2015 makeup collection in Japan on April 22nd, and the new Eyeshadow & Base (4 variations (including 2 limited editions), ¥1200) is looking tempting to me.

For spring/summer 2015, Elégance will launch Elégance Cruise, the brand’s new makeup sub-line, in Japan on March 16th. Compared with the glamorous gold packaging of the brand’s main line of makeup items, the sea-inspired look of the Cruise line has a more casual feel. Also, the products in this line are less expensive than those in the main line.

Shiseido will launch Prior, a new skincare/makeup/haircare line (not to be confused with Elixir Prior, one of the three Shiseido Elixir ranges), in Japan on January 21st, 2015. This is a major line debut for Shiseido, and the launch is part of the brand’s on-going marketing reform.
