Elégance will release a new eyeshadow palette series, Nouvelle Eyes, in Japan on August 18th as part of the brand’s fall 2013 makeup collection.
8 variations (¥5775 each) will be available, including 2 limited-edition variations. I love the design of the packaging, both the outside and (particularly) the inside. It is a very glamorous look.
