Jill Stuart has always been known for its princessy look, and recently it has been bringing out products with particularly eye-catching packaging. Ribbon Couture Eyes and Everlasting Silk Powder Foundation Flawless Perfection have certainly caught my attention, and Forever Juicy Oil Rouge from the brand’s summer 2015 Juicy Lush makeup collection looks adorable as well.

The burgundy-brown shade for the packaging of Paul & Joe’s summer 2015 Midnight Sangria makeup collection is a welcome change from the usual pale colors. While I like all three variations of Eye Color M, my favorite item of the collection is Lip Gloss M in 002 Strawberry Kiwi, with a mouthwatering color gradation from strawberry pink to yellow and lime green.

As a fan of blushers (and a fairly recent fan of blushers of vibrant colors), I am loving some of NARS‘ summer 2015 items. I was first drawn to Dual-Intensity Blush in 5501 Panic and 5503 Adoration, and then Blush in 4056 Starscape from the Christopher Kane Neoneutral collection was a must-buy for me. I will share my thoughts on these blushers (plus the eyeshadows from the Neoneutral collection) a little later. (Update: read my reviews here and here.)

I loved-at-first-sight with the nars eyeshadow as well/especially the parallel universe duo (enough for me to deal with that rubbery compact which eventually turn into a sticky mess after a few summers)but it’s sold out in every sephora I visited….at the end I just went for lunasol lavender coral, which turned out to be the same (rakuten) price anyway….but I think I will keep trying or just sock it and buy that online instead.

Hi Citrine (Mina),

I do like Parallel Universe. If you like sparkly lilacs, it is definitely worth considering.

I really hope NARS will do something about the cases. (Looking at the initial images of Dual-Intensity Blush, I thought its case might have a different finish……)

Oh, so you went for Lunasol Lavender Coral! I really hope that you will like it, and do let me know what you think.

Thank you very much for sharing your thoughts again! :)
