According to this post on Shiro‘s UK Instagram page, the brand (official UK website here) will open two additional stores in London in October.
Currently, the brand’s (first and only) UK store is at 33E King’s Road in London.
Also, according to this post from the page, the brand will (finally) launch its point (color) makeup items in the UK in October (after the initial announcement back in February).

It is of course great that Shiro is increasing its presence in the UK, but I do wish that the prices of the products here were closer to those in Japan.
