Here is a look at Kanebo’s Milano Collection 2019 for holiday 2018. Presumably, there will again be three versions of the pressed powder (Kanebo, Kanebo Twany and Kanebo Impress).
The Kanebo Twany Milano Collection 2019 features:
– Kanebo Twany Milano Collection 2019 (pressed powder, SPF 14, PA++, 30g, limited edition, ¥12000, to be released in Japan in December)
– Kanebo Twany Milano Collection 2019 Set (with an additional refill, limited edition, ¥20000, to be released in Japan in December)
– Kanebo Twany Milano Collection 2019 Eau de Parfum (30ml, limited edition, ¥10000, to be released in Japan in November)
The Twany version will come with a free mini bottle (4ml).
The three versions of the pressed powder will presumably have virtually the same differences as those among the three from previous years. Please have a look at this post for more information.

- Kanebo Milano Collection 2019 Set (with an additional refill, limited edition, ¥20000, to be released in Japan in December)
– The notes of Milano Collection 2019 Eau de Parfum include:
- Top notes: lemon, pear, green tea
- Middle notes: peach, rose, jasmine, iris
- Base notes: white musk, cedarwood, amber

is this a drugstore or mid or high end dept brand?

Price-wise, it is considered to be a high-end line. In Japan, it is available in drugstores (the Kanebo version), beauty specialty stores (the Kanebo Twany version) and department stores (the Kanebo Impress version). (Please refer to the link in my post for differences among the three versions.)
