I am presuming that you are referring to L’Absolu Tône-Up Balms. They do look really lovely! I am not sure if they will be available in Europe, but I certainly hope that they will be!
(I don’t think L’Absolu Rouge Top Coat, which is also part of the spring 2019 makeup collection, looks as good as L’Absolu Tône-Up Balms.)
