hi PJ- lovely displays as usual…. Have to say I am liking the new Dior eyeshadows a lot more than the new Chanel colours… still wonder who gets away with red-toned makeup… even the models don’t look too good if I am honest… kudos to Lucia Pica for trying I guess?? Cheers, Wendy (PS then maybe I am just a grouchy middle-aged woman hahaha!!)

Hi Wendy,

Thank you very much! :)

I like the eyeshadow palettes as well. I also like Chanel’s eyeshadow and blusher palettes from spring 2021, but I think quite a few colors from the two eyeshadow palettes look a little too similar.

A red-toned makeup look can indeed look too dramatic for most occasions. Some muted off-reds can work for me (like dusty-coral red, copper red and terracotta red) as eyeshadow and blusher shades, but I do need to be very careful with how I apply them.

Thank you very much for posting your comment again, and be well!
