Jill Stuart will launch Flora Notis Jill Stuart, a new beauty brand, in Japan on August 31st. (The brand’s official Japanese website is now up (link here).) Like Jill Stuart Beauty, Flora Notis Jill Stuart is owned by Kosé.

To shape and fill in my eyebrows, I have been using a matte grayish black eyeshadow. (I use it very light-handedly to create a natural look that doesn’t look too defined.) While I have been very happy with it for years, some of the recent 3-in-1 eyebrow products (which feature an eyebrow pencil, an eyebrow powder on a sponge tip and a brush) do look tempting. NewBorn‘s W Brow EX N in B2 Grayish Brown is what I decided to try.

Launched in 2016, Celvoke is a fairly new Japanese beauty brand. (Its official website has an English version.) I have noticed that Biteki has been featuring its products quite regularly, and today we will look into this brand a little more.
