A Touch of Blusher is nineteen years old today!
Even though I am a huge fan of Japanese cosmetics, I am very impressed by the new releases from my three favorite western brands (Chanel, Dior and YSL) in the last twelve months. All three brands released quite a lot of beautiful items, and there were so many new releases from Dior in particular that it was almost difficult to keep up with all the information.
During the same time, some major Japanese beauty brands celebrated their landmark anniversaries (links below). I certainly hope that these brands continue to thrive.
Once again, let’s look back at the last twelve months of A Touch of Blusher:
November 2024: Lancôme released new shades of L’Absolu Rouge Drama Matte.
December: I started to feature Unmix on my blog.
January 2025: The new shades of Chanel’s Ombre Essentielle caught my attention.
February: Estée Lauder collaborated with Ladurée.
March: Excia launched Eye Color Volonté.
April: Canmake celebrated its 40th anniversary.
May: Bulgari renewed its Eau Parfumée range.
June: The new variations of Lunasol’s Eye Coloration N appealed to me.
July: Two new variations of Est’s Transphere Eye Color were released.
August: Jill Stuart celebrated its 20th anniversary.
September: I presented 25 beautiful nail colors from Japanese beauty brands for summer 2025.
October: Maquillage celebrated its 20th anniversary.
