Kanebo Lavshuca will release its summer 2012 makeup collection in Japan on May 1st. The collection includes:

– Pure Blossoming Eyes Limited Set (2 sets , in 01 Pink and 02 Purple (quantity-limited))
– Pearly Star Liquid (2 shades, limited editions, period-limited (available from May to October, 2012))

The Pure Blossoming Eyes Limited Set contains a Pure Blossoming Eyes palette and a Clear Stay Eye Base. 01 Pink contains the palette in PK (which looks more like a BR on Lavshuca’s website) and the eye base in Pure Pink, and 02 PU contains the palette in PU and the eye base in Pure Beige.

The palette in PK seems similar to Lavshuca’s Star Decoration Eyes in BR-1. The palette in PU reminds me of Lavshuca’s Eye Color Select in PU-1 from spring 2007. (I remember that because I really wanted it after it was discontinued…)

Note that Lavshuca’s Little Star Glow Rouge (Sweet Pure Line) from spring 2012 is another period-limited item and is available until July.

Thank you for sharing this!
The palettes look really nice and I might end up buying one just because), but the PK one looks too warm for me and the PU one does look very similar to the other palette you mention, which I did get from a blog sale some time ago. Hmmm…

Hi Julia,

Yes, the PK one does look very warm. (I know you prefer slightly cooler tones.)

I do like the look of both sets. If I have to choose one to try, it will probably be 02 Purple. But 01 Pink looks really tempting as well…

Thank you very much for commenting again! :)
