Dior’s 5 Couleurs eyeshadow palettes have been renewed for the brand’s fall 2014 makeup collection. Even though I don’t fancy getting any from the launch lineup at the moment, it does feature a good range of colors and finishes. I am sure we will see more variations soon.

I like the combination of purple, brown and champagne gold in Givenchy’s Extravagancia Palette for fall 2014. Another item that caught my attention is the revamped Prisme Libre loose powder. (When the original version was launched a few years ago, I very nearly purchased one.) The new look is more luxurious, but I slightly prefer the original packaging.

I like the fact that Jill Stuart’s fall 2014 makeup collection isn’t filled with girlie pinks. The emphasis is on the eyes, with nude cheeks, lips and nails. It is a more grown-up and sensual look that we don’t often see from the brand.

Anna Sui’s fall 2014 makeup collection continues the brand’s packaging revamp with Lipstick V, Lipstick M and Loose Powder Foundation. The star shape of the lipsticks is certainly eye-catching. Even though I am still getting used to the new cut-glass look, I am looking forward to seeing how this design is going to be applied to other items in the coming seasons.

The countdown continues in Part 2!
