Chanel‘s fall 2012 makeup collection, compared with the brand’s spring 2012 collection, features the same feminine shades but the overall color palette is slightly more low-key and demure. Today I am highlighting Lumière d’Artifices Beiges, Joues Contraste in 72 Rose Initiale, and Rouge Coco Shine in 74 Parfait.

Chanel has released Ombres Matelassées (in 51 Montaigne) in the UK today. The limited-edition eyeshadow palette celebrates the re-opening of Chanel’s boutique on Avenue Montaigne, Paris.
The gold-toned palette is named after the boutique’s street address (51 Avenue Montaigne) and features shades of pear, pale gold, gold, golden khaki, and black.

Soft and feminine, Chanel‘s spring 2012 makeup collection showcases pinks and peaches and is truly spring-like. Today I am highlighting four items from the collection: Blush Horizon de Chanel, Rouge Coco Shine in 68 Candeur, Lèvres Scintillantes in 181 Bagatelle, and Rouge Coco Baume.

Here is a quick look at Chanel‘s spring 2012 makeup collection. The collection includes two limited-edition items (the blusher (above) and the pressed powder (below)) as well as new shade(s)/variation of Les 4 Ombres, Ombre Essentielle, Stylo Yeux Waterproof, Rouge Coco, Rouge Coco Shine, Lèvres Scintillantes, Le Crayon Lèvres, and Le Vernis. There will also be a new lip balm in the same packaging as that of Rouge Coco Shine. It is a collection full of soft, warm-toned, and wearable colors.

Chanel‘s limited-edition makeup collection for holiday 2011, Les Scintillances de Chanel, features items for eyes, lips, face, and nails, and the emphasis of the collection seems to be on lip colors, with new items from Rouge Allure, Rouge Allure Laque, Rouge Allure Extrait de Gloss, and Lip Scintillantes.
