When I saw some of the initial images of Kanebo Kate‘s Vintage Mode Eyes range, the blue shade in BU-1 caught my attention. As I didn’t really have eyeshadow shades similar to it, I decided to try this palette.

Even though I prefer cool-toned blusher shades, I have been enjoying wearing most of the peach-toned blushers I got in the last few years. Red-toned shades are among the eyeshadow shades I have been experimenting with lately. (Red-toned eyeshadows have obviously been popular for some time, but I have only been interested in them since earlier this year.) SUQQU‘s Designing Color Eyes in 128 Hiakari in the brand’s 2019 Holiday Makeup Kit A caught my attention as soon as I saw images of it on-line. I decided to go for the set to try it.

Rose is probably my favorite fragrance note, and fragrances with rose as one of the main notes often get my attention and go onto my “to test” list. Of course, it is all about the overall composition, and fresher and greener rose-based fragrances have completely different characters from those of woodier and smokier ones. Elizabeth Arden‘s White Tea Wild Rose Eau de Toilette was launched earlier this year, and I tested it a couple of times. I decided to add it to my fragrance stash, and today I will be sharing my thoughts on it.

Kanebo launched KANEBO (Global Brand) in fall 2016. (Take a look at a brief profile on the brand here.) One of the items from the brand’s debut lineup that caught my attention is Variant Brosse (Cheeks), and I decided to try 02 Pink Petal.

Launched in December 2007 (to replace T’Estimo and Revue), Kanebo Coffret d’Or celebrated its tenth anniversary last year with various product releases and events throughout the year. Quite a few products caught my attention, and I decided to go for 6 Selection Eyes in 02 Lady Beige. Today I will share some photos of the palette and some thoughts on the line.
