Chanel‘s holiday 2010 makeup collection, Les Tentations de Chanel, is chic and romantic. With items for eyes, cheeks, lips and nails, the collection features two distinct color schemes, brown and fuchsia.
.

.
The two color schemes are designed to work with each other, but they can of course work on their own. The pink-toned items include:
– Les Tissages de Chanel in Tweed Fuchsia
– Rouge Coco in Magnolia
– Lèvres Scintillantes in Charming
– Lèvres Scintillantes in Pink Pulsion
– Le Vernis in Pulsion

.
In this review, I am focusing on the brown-toned items in this collection, which include Les 4 Ombres in Tentation Cuivrée and Ombre D’Eau in Splash for the eyes as well as Rouge Coco in Patchouli and Lèvres Scintillantes in Pleasing for the lips.

.
Integrate has been slowly changing its brand image. (Remember the TV ads starring Angelina Jolie when the brand was first launched several years ago?) Integrate is now a cuter and more girlie line, and the new Rainbow Grade Eyes series from Integrate’s fall 2010 makeup collection makes a clear statement regarding how the line wants to be perceived. The message is clear.

(Eyes Appeal Shadow)
.
The new eyeshadow palettes are of course what I am the most interested in. The new Eyes Appeal Shadow features five variations:
– 01 Sweet Brown
– 02 Fairy Pink
– 03 Clear Silver
– 04 Nudy Beige
– 05 Mint Purple
.
(Perfect Grade Eyes)
.
The new Perfect Grade Eyes (Coffret D’Or’s first eyeshadow duos) features four variations:
– 01 Pink
– 02 Green
– 03 Purple
– 04 Beige
.
At the moment, I like the look of Eyes Appeal Shadow in 01 Sweet Brown and 02 Fairy Pink as well as Perfect Grade Eyes in 03 Purple.

Even though some of the colors in Elégance’s fall 2010 makeup collection don’t appeal to me, I like how the theme of the collection, Operatic Queen, is reflected by the way the colors are arranged in the Phantom Eyes palettes. The packaging of the items is opulent and classy as always.
