Makeup, Skincare, Fragrance and a Bit of Fashion
Japonesque is a US-based brand that specializes in makeup brushes and beauty accessories. The Pro Long Handle makeup brush range (as opposed to the Travel Short Handle range) is Japonesque’s standard range of makeup brushes for the eyes and face. Today I am featuring four items from the range: Pro Eye Shadow Fluff Brush – Large, Pro Eye Shadow Fluff Brush – Medium, Pro Eye Detailer Brush – Small, and Pro Blush Brush.

Kosé Cosme Decorte’s AQ MW (a line in collaboration with Dutch industrial designer Marcel Wanders) has released its summer 2012 makeup collection in Japan on April 16th to follow the line’s debut makeup collection for spring 2012. It features bright cool-toned shades for the eyes, and I particularly like the rose pink for the lips.

3rd: Aube Couture

Like Elsia’s spring 2012 makeup collection (featured in Part 2), Aube Couture’s spring 2012 makeup collection impressed me when I saw it in person. The new Designing Impression Eyes series was launched in fall 2011, and there are three new variations for spring 2012. What I like about these three new palettes (and many of the fall 2011 ones) is that they combine low-key colors with high-toned shimmery finishes. This combination creates understated glamour, and these three palettes are still very wearable for daytime. (See the two limited-edition variations for summer 2012.)
The twelve shades of the new Excellent Stay Rouge feature some elegant low-key cool-toned shades, which appeal to me a lot.

For summer 2012, SUQQU will release Blend Color Eyeshadow in 12 Konruri in Japan on May 18th. Those of you who are SUQQU fans will probably instantly see its resemblance to Blend Color Eyeshadow in 01 Kakitsubata, which was released in Japan in fall 2010. According to SUQQU.com, 01 Kakitsubata will be available in Japan until May 17th. 12 Konruri is presumably the replacement.
